Hot Summer Day at the Taos Rift (Giclee print on canvas)
The Taos Gorge is truly amazing! I’ve painted it from the flat top, and deep within along the Rio Grande river… and I’ve even white water rafted through part of it. Driving up the canyon on the way to Taos is my favorite!
My imagination is expansive. I love the perspective, the shapes, and shadows, and how difficult it can be to see the river at the bottom. I’ve played with my imagination…what if I was flying with the birds? This painting was my answer.
